Yaqub Shah Chak
Son of Yusuf Shah Chak, who took the throne in Kashmir when his father was detained at Akbar's court; after resisting Akbar's invading army for two years he was captured and enrolled, with his father, among the Mughal nobility, ending Kashmir's independence.
