Sher Khan Babi (Nawab Bahadur Khan I)
Faujdar of Sorath under the Mughal viceroy of Gujarat, he withdrew from provincial affairs around 1748, made himself independent at Junagadh, and assumed the title Nawab Bahadur Khan, founding the Babi dynasty there; he died in 1758.

Nawáb Bahádur Khán died in 1758, and was succeeded by his son Máhábat Khán, who was present in Junágad at the time of his father's death. Nawáb Máhábat Khán was seated on the gádi by the nobles and chief men of Junágad.
