Sadiq Muhammad Khan I
Amir Sadiq Muhammad Khan I, who held Shikarpur and the Chaudhari iláqa granted by Nadir Shah, was killed on 10 Rabi-ul-Awwal 1159 H (1746 A.D.) defending Shikarpur against Khudayar Khan Kalhora's siege; his son Muhammad Bahawal Khan I was elected to succeed him that same year.

Sádiq Muhammad Khán I left three sons Muhammad Baháwal Khán, Mubárak Khán, and Fateh Khán, of whom the first named was elected by the tribe and placed on the throne. He was the second Nawáb, and under the title of Nawáb Muhammad Baháwal Khán I ascended the throne on the 1st of Rabi-us-Sani 1159 H.
