Baz Bahadur

باز بہادر

Eldest son of Shujaat Khan who took charge of Malwa on his father's death, murdered his brother Dowlut Khan to secure it, and was formally crowned Sultan Baz Bahadur at Mando in A.H.963/A.D.1555; he later lost Malwa to Akbar's forces and, after further reversals, entered Mughal service as an officer of two thousand horse.
